Shiny Skin

Shiny Skin

DID YOU KNOW?

In 2004 Americans spent $1.69 billion on skin care products.

When most people want healthy, shiny skin they focus on the outside of their body by putting soaps, creams and lotions all over themselves. These skin products can help the appearance of your skin, but if you really want radiant, shiny skin you need to focus on what you are putting into your body.

Most toxins in your body are released through your skin so if your body is filled with harmful chemicals (from eating processed food, drinking alcohol, smoking etc.) it is going to show on your skin as acne, discoloration, blemishes, cellulite, and wrinkles.

To have shiny skin you need to get really healthy on the inside. You need to exercise regularly to sweat. Sweating is your bodies natural way to get rid of toxins.
To have shiny skin you need to follow diet that includes organic:

* Fruits
* Vegetables
* Nuts

If you want shiny skin you also should limit your exposure to direct sunlight, as the sun can cause premature aging. Keep exfoliating your skin and using your favorite natural beauty products, but remember they can only enhance what is already there.

At Diet Health and Fitness we want everyone to look and feel their best. However, we also know that having shiny skin is not as easy as just putting on lotion.

If you aren't liking what you are seeing in the mirror everyday it is probably time to make fundamental changes in your lifestyle. Eat organic and exercise, exercise, exercise. It may take self discipline, will power and work, but it will pay off and your true beauty will shine through.
